提供された情報は、領事窓口サービスにかかる予約の実施に利用します。
利用及び提供の制限
提供された情報は、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合、不正アクセス、脅迫等の違法行為があった場合、外務省内部又は他の行政機関等が法令の定める事務又は業務の遂行に必要な限度で利用することに相当の理由がある場合、その他特別の理由がある場合を除き、「３利用目的」以外の目的のために自ら利用し、又は第三者に提供しません。

在ノルウェ－日本国大使館は、収集した情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために必要な措置を講じます。 なお、本予約サービスは日本にサーバーが所在する外部サービスに接続されていますが、委託先においても収集した情報の適切な管理のための必要な措置を講じます。サービス事業者の個人情報保護方針等は以下のリンクをご参照ください。

The Embassy of Japan in Norway will handle the information provided by you for consular service reservations appropriately within the scope of its intended purpose.
Purpose of Use
The information provided will be used for the implementation of reservations related to consular services.
Limitations on Use and Provision
The information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the "Purpose of Use" stated above, nor will it be provided to third parties, except in cases where there is a request for disclosure based on laws and regulations, in cases of illegal activities such as unauthorized access or threats, or when there are substantial reasons for use within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other administrative agencies necessary for the execution of duties or business as stipulated by law, or in other special circumstances.

The Embassy of Japan in Norway will take necessary measures to prevent leaks, loss, or damage of collected information and to ensure appropriate management of the information collected. Please note that this reservation service is connected to external services with servers located in Japan, and the contractor will also take necessary measures for the appropriate management of the information collected.
