予約が確定すると、最終画面に予約番号が表示され、あわせて確認メールが送信されます。
予約番号が表示されず、確認メールも届かない場合は、予約手続きが完了しておりませんので、恐れ入りますが、再度予約手続きをお願いいたします。

Once your reservation is confirmed, a reservation number will be displayed on the final screen and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If the reservation number is not displayed and you do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation has not been completed. In this case, we kindly ask you to complete the reservation process again.
